Empty categories in the Azeri Turkish language

Abstract:
This study examine null categories of the Azeri Turkish language using the concepts of
the minimalist program framework. In the minimalist program, null category is called
function categories. Despite the lack of presence phonetic, they are syntactically present
in the sentence and their syntactic tasks perform well and their existence can be recover
in different ways. In this article study the Azeri Turkish language. Results show that
because of its agglutinative nature the Azeri Turkish language, there are some function
null categories in inflected or analytic language. There is not in the Azeri Turkish
language or basically unrecoverable. So we do not consider null categories but we know
language lack of them. On the other hand some content category will know part of null
categories. Finally, we can see generally Azeri Turkish language is recovered from the
set of function and content categories of eight null categories which include: null
categories auxiliary verb, voice, tense, null Subjective pronoun, agreement element, verb
complement, complement of preposition and complementizer.
